Where?

Our Headquarters, Training, and Technology Centre is located at:

Please ensure you carry a photographic form of identification at all times during your training and examination. Acceptable forms of photo ID include:

  • Signed UK photocard driving licence

  • Signed passport (any nationality)

  • Proof of age card accredited by the Proof of Age Standards Scheme

  • Valid EU photo identity card

  • Current and valid warrant card issued by HM Forces or Police

  • Current and valid Prison Service card

In accordance with our training and examination terms and conditions, you will not be permitted to attend your course or examination without a valid form of photo ID.

Additionally, please note that our classroom is fully accessible, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive environment for all participants.

Arrival time?

Please arrive 20 minutes before your course is scheduled to start each day. We will start the class without you and it may not be possible to recap information that you have missed.

Please check your course information for a minimum attendance time as lateness may stop you being able to complete your qualification.

Parking?

Free Parking is available outside of our facility. On arrival you will see marked bays. You are required to reverse park.

Train?

Newton Aycliffe train station is an 18 minute walk, along pathways with no serve gradient. You will be required to cross 2 roads that do not have pedestrian crossing facilities.

Clothing?

For your safety and comfort during training, please ensure you bring the following items:

  • Safety Shoes: Essential for protecting your feet in various training environments.

  • Overalls: To keep your clothing clean and provide an extra layer of protection.

  • Warm Clothing: The training area may be cool, so please bring warm clothes that you do not mind getting dirty or damaged.

These items are mandatory to ensure a safe and effective training experience. Thank you for your cooperation

Hotels?

We do not have onsite accommodation but there are many hotels in the area

Premier Inn Durham (Newton Aycliffe) is situatied about 5 minutes drive from us.

Food and Drink?

  • Use of the kitchen facilities will be discussed before the start of the course.

  • Hot drinks will be available at our training centre as normal. These are tea, coffee & semi-skimmed cow milk.

  • you are welcome to bring your own cup is you wish, but these will be provided

  • A lunch will be provided, the expected menu will be communicated with you at the time of course booking. A this point you may make us aware of any special dietary requirements. Please feel free to bring your own food/ snacks if you wish., but note that fridge space is limited and any remining food at the end of the day will be thrown out.
